Our exhibitions bring you unique stories of the
people of Wollondilly
Displays are
changed regularly as research progresses
Aboriginal culture is also well represented
and the local elders are consulted on content
Exhibitions are on display in several
buildings - the Exhibition Building,
Burragorang Cottage, the
Drill Hall, the
Federation Building and From Farm to
Table Pavilion.

Burragorang Cottage is furnished with
items from domestic life, and used to teach students in our
'Hands-on-History' program for Primary Schools how simple tasks like
cooking, and washing before electricity were achieved

Hall |

The Drill Hall is a community room with audio
visual historic films, war displays and community displays.

Federation Building |

The Federation Building features stories from
the local communities in Wollondilly - of people, schools, events,
celebrations, churches and bushwalkers. It includes an original one teacher
bush schoolroom and a Welsh Folding Bed. |

of the Estonian families who settled in the Thirlmere area.
