September  5th    7.00pm – John Fergusson  Q & A ‘Of Bees and Honey’- all you ever wanted to know about the current issues surrounding the honey industry from a local bee keeper. Free event

September 11th   2pm – 4 pm celebrating  NSW History Week the launch of  ‘Apron Strings’ book and DVD featuring stories and recipes of people who use aprons in their work and lives, including woodworkers, market gardeners, nurses, midwives, Freemasons, grandmothers, collectors and travellers. Afternoon tea is ‘bring a plate’- sample some of the recipes in the new publication. Special showing of the DVD of the stories.
